Frequently asked questions
Everything is included: full canyoning equipment (lifejacket, helmet, neoprene wetsuit), free photos & videos of your adventure, a certified English-speaking guide, cliff jumping, rappelling gear for the abseils, liability insurance, and free parking. All you need to bring is a swimsuit, towel, dry clothes, and solid shoes or sneakers.
Departure times depend on the time of season. May 15 – Sep 15: two daily departures at 08:00 and 13:30. Apr 1 – May 14 and Sep 16 – Oct 30: one daily departure at 12:00. Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure. If you're running late, call or message us immediately.
The meeting point is at Trgovačka ul., 21255 Zadvarje, Croatia (coordinates: 43.4326911°N, 16.8908709°E) — approximately 35 km from Split via the A1 motorway (exit Šestanovac), then through Zadvarje. Free parking is available on site. Look for guides in white or blue Malduk Adventures T-shirts.
Split pickup times depend on your chosen departure:
🕖 08:00 trip — Split pickup at 07:30
🕐 13:30 trip — Split pickup at 12:30

Your exact pickup location in Split will be confirmed in your booking email. The transfer is door-to-door from Split city centre or Split Airport.
No previous canyoning experience is needed — our certified guides handle all abseiling and will brief you fully before departure. The minimum age is 10 years old (or per guide estimate). The extreme route involves rappelling down 60m and 20m cliffs, jumps of up to 9 metres, and more technical terrain. Good physical fitness is required. Not suitable for those afraid of heights.
Bring a swimming suit, towel and dry clothes for after the tour, and solid shoes or sneakers (trainers work well). If you'd prefer purpose-made canyoning shoes, you can rent them on-site for €7. All canyoning equipment — wetsuit, lifejacket, helmet, rappelling gear — is provided. Leave valuables at home or in your car.
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your tour — you'll receive a full refund, no questions asked. Cancellations within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable. If you don't arrive on time without contacting us, this is treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued. In the event of unsafe weather, we will offer a full refund or free reschedule.
If you chose the 10% deposit option, the remaining balance is due 7 days before your tour. We'll send a payment reminder by email. You can pay the balance via PayPal or bank transfer — just reply to the reminder email and we'll sort it out.
