Adventure with confidence
Born in Dalmatia,
built for adventure
We started as a group of local guides who fell in love with the Cetina River and the wild landscape around Split. Over a decade later, we're still the most passionate team on the water.
Every guide was born or raised in Dalmatia. We don't just work here — we live here. That local knowledge makes all the difference.
We keep group sizes small, use eco-friendly gear, and actively support conservation of the Cetina River ecosystem.
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure. Easy rebooking, no hidden fees, and responsive support from a real local team.

Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know before booking your Cetina River adventure.
Do I need previous experience for rafting or canyoning on the Cetina River?
No experience is needed for any of our day tours. Rafting on the Cetina River involves Grade 2–3 rapids — accessible for complete beginners and families. Canyoning requires basic fitness but no technical skills. Every group receives a full safety briefing and equipment fitting before the tour starts.
What is the minimum age for Cetina River tours?
Rafting and kayaking are suitable from age 6 and above, with children always sharing a raft or kayak with a parent or guardian. Basic canyoning is suitable from age 8, and extreme canyoning from age 14. All participants wear correctly fitted helmets and life jackets regardless of age.
What is included in the tour price?
All tours include a certified local guide, full safety equipment (wetsuit, helmet, life jacket, and harness where applicable), insurance, and free photos of your adventure. Transfers from Split are available for an additional €25 per person return. There are no hidden fees — what you see is what you pay.
Where do Malduk Adventures tours depart from?
All tours depart from Omiš, a coastal town 30 minutes southeast of Split. The exact meeting point is provided on booking confirmation. Return transfers from Split, Trogir, and Makarska are available from €25 per person — ideal if you're staying in Split and don't have your own transport.
What is the best time of year for adventure tours on the Cetina River?
Tours run from April through October. July and August offer the warmest water and best swimming conditions. May, June, and September are ideal for those who prefer fewer crowds and slightly cooler temperatures. Spring (April–May) delivers the highest water levels and most exciting rapids for experienced adventurers.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before your tour departure. Cancellations due to bad weather receive a full refund or the option to rebook on an alternative date at no extra charge. Last-minute bookings are welcome — contact us by WhatsApp to check same-day availability.
Can I book a tour from Split without a car?
Yes. Malduk Adventures offers return transfers from Split city centre, Trogir, and Makarska for €25 per person. This is the easiest option for travellers without a rental car. Transfer seats are limited and must be booked in advance — contact us via WhatsApp or email to arrange.
