Booking Terms

Welcome to Malduk Adventures
We ask you to carefully read and understand the following Booking Terms before making a reservation with Malduk Adventures.

Malduk Adventures (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates as a adventure travel operator for adventure holidays and experiences in Croatia. These Booking Terms apply to all bookings made with us and outline the terms of your agreement when using our services.

Definitions
• “Supplier(s)”: Us – tour operator responsible for delivering your holiday arrangements.
• “Trip”: Refers to the holiday, tour, or adventure services provided by Suppliers, including but not limited to accommodation, transportation, activities, and other services listed on the itinerary.
• “You,” “your,” “guest,” or “customer”: Refers to all individuals listed in a booking.

By confirming a booking, the person named as the primary guest confirms on behalf of all participants that:
1. They have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
2. They permit us to process personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy and are authorized to share the personal data of all participants.
3. They are 18 years or older and accept responsibility for settling payments associated with the booking.

Your Agreement

When you make a booking with Malduk Adventures, you agree to abide by these terms as well as those of the Supplier(s) responsible for delivering your Trip. Your contract is with the Supplier(s) named in your booking confirmation.

Your booking is confirmed when you receive a booking confirmation email after completing the reservation process. We recommend reviewing these Booking Terms and the specific terms and conditions before finalizing your reservation.

Payment Terms
• A refundable up to 30 days before the trip date – deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
• For Trips departing within two months of the booking date, full payment is required upfront.
• The balance payment (if applicable) must be settled two months prior to the Trip start date. Failure to pay the balance by the due date will result in cancellation of your booking, subject to cancellation fees outlined below.

Cancellations by You

Cancellations made by you for any reason (e.g., illness, injury, work commitments, or other unforeseen circumstances) are subject to the following terms:

• Less than one month before departure: no refund.
• Less than two months before departure: 50% refund.
• Two months or more before departure: 100% refund minus the non-refundable deposit,
• Failure to pay the balance by the due date: Treated as a cancellation with no refund.

Cancellations by Us

In the unlikely event we must cancel your Trip, you will be offered:
1. Alternative Trip dates or arrangements of comparable standard, or
2. A full refund of all payments made (excluding circumstances outlined in the Force Majeure clause).

Date Changes

You may request a change of Trip dates up to two months before the Trip start date, subject to availability. Changes requested within two months are treated as cancellations.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or other extraordinary circumstances.

Fitness and Travel Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you meet the fitness and health requirements for your chosen Trip. Supplier reserve the right to remove participants who are unable to safely complete activities, without eligibility for a refund.

Insurance

We strongly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and adventure activities.

Complaints

If you encounter an issue during your Trip, report it immediately to the Supplier. Complaints not resolved on-site should be submitted in writing to maldukadventures@gmail.com within 30 days of your return.

Liability Disclaimer

Adventure travel carries inherent risks. By participating, you assume full personal responsibility for these risks. We are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during your Trip.

Photographs and Videos

By joining a Malduk Adventures Trip, you consent to the use of photos or videos taken during your experience for promotional purposes.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Croatia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Croatian courts.
