Free cancellation is available up to 7 days before your tour. Cancellations made 3–7 days in advance receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. Payment is made on the day of your tour at the meeting point. We accept cash (euros) and most major credit and debit cards. No deposit is required to secure your booking for day tours — just confirm your place and we'll take care of the rest.
Yes — all of our day tours include free professional photos and videos taken by your guide throughout the experience. These are shared with you digitally after the tour at no extra cost. You'll have memories to last a lifetime without needing to worry about your phone getting wet.
Wear a swimsuit or shorts and a t-shirt — you will get wet. Bring a towel, a change of clothes, sunscreen, and water. We provide wetsuits, helmets, life jackets and all necessary safety equipment. Leave valuables at your accommodation or in our lockers — waterproof pouches are available on request.
No — all equipment is provided and included in the tour price. This includes EU-certified wetsuits, helmets, life jackets, paddles, and all safety gear. Everything is inspected before each tour. You only need to bring yourself, appropriate clothing, and a sense of adventure.
Our meeting point is at Josipa Franje 2, 21310 Podašpilje, Omiš — approximately 5 minutes from the centre of Omiš. Exact meeting instructions are sent upon booking confirmation. If you're travelling from Split, Omiš is about 25km south and easily reachable by bus or taxi.
Tour durations vary: Rafting is approximately 3.5 hours, Basic Canyoning is around 4 hours, Sea & River Kayaking is 3 hours, and Extreme Canyoning typically takes 4–5 hours including transfers. Allow extra time for getting changed and the debrief. Tours run daily — morning and afternoon slots available depending on season.
Rafting and Kayaking are suitable for children aged 7 and above when accompanied by an adult. Basic Canyoning is suitable for ages 10 and above. Extreme Canyoning is recommended for ages 16 and above with good physical fitness. There is no upper age limit — we welcome guests of all ages. Parental consent is required for under-18s.
No experience is needed for Rafting, Basic Canyoning, or Kayaking — these are suitable for complete beginners. A reasonable level of fitness is helpful but not essential. Extreme Canyoning is more physically demanding and requires a good level of fitness and comfort with heights. If you have any concerns, contact us before booking and we'll help you choose the right tour.
Yes — non-swimmers are welcome on all our day tours. You will be wearing a buoyancy aid (life jacket) at all times in the water, and your guide will be with you throughout. Please let us know before the tour if you are a non-swimmer so we can ensure you feel comfortable and safe throughout the experience.
Safety is our absolute priority. All guides hold HGSS (Croatian Mountain Rescue Service) certification and current first aid qualifications. All equipment carries EU/CE certification. We conduct thorough safety briefings before every tour and continuously monitor river and weather conditions. In the event of unsafe conditions, tours are postponed or cancelled and fully refunded.
